Hearts - Valentine's Day!

This year we made another version of our heart projects. Be sure to check out my other Valentine's Day post which has another fun hearts project!
For this one, I created a document with hearts within hearts and the sentence "I love you to pieces.", with one letter in each square.
I copied the background heart document on pink paper and gave one piece to each student.
Students had lots of colorful pieces of construction paper which they ripped and glued on the hearts.
You can use construction paper or colorful tissue paper.
They also colored the sentence squares, cut each square and reassembled the sentence, like a puzzle.
You could have students color or paint each letter square, let it dry and then have the kids cut and reassemble.

They turned out really cute!
